Price specifications for our construction projects are not possible without a completed design drawing, which we are happy to make for you. Costs and prices for our range of services starts usually – for an exemplary 150 square meter building – at 150,000.00 EUR for the timber construction only (walls, ceilings, roof with finished or ready-to-paint surfaces) including windows, doors, roofing and isolation, but without earthwork, basement, flooring, electrical installation, heating and plumbing, interior doors and garden design, and ends at approx. EUR 500,000 for more complex, turnkey buildings.
The total budgets of our customers start from about 350.000, – EUR for traditionally shaped buildings with a floor slab and approx. 400.000, – EUR for buildings with a basement. Approximately 85% of our customers find themselves in this price range. In individual cases, these costs are undercut, because customers personally contribute to the work at the building site, in other cases they are exceeded due to large designs and very high quality equipment chosen.
The individual costs and prices therefore depend very much on the specific wishes of our customers. For example, a simple patio-door costs only ¼ of a four-meter-wide lift-and-slide-door, there are tiles for EUR 20 / m2 and tiles for EUR 120 / m2, a gas heating system has a much lower price than a heating system with wooden pellets, customers can install a decalcification system into the pluming or not, windows are available in a plastic, spruce, larch and wood-aluminum version, and so on.
We advise our customers to discuss the budget limits for the construction project with us at an early stage in the process, so we can try to work to that budget restraints already in the design and planning phase.
